Payment Terms

All payments for camera zone and production area management services must be made in Australian Dollars (AUD). We accept bank transfers and major credit cards. Invoices are issued upon booking and are payable within 14 days. A deposit of 50 percent may be required for live broadcast events.

Refund Policy

Refunds are available in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law. Full refunds are provided for cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled event. Partial refunds may apply for cancellations within 48 hours, minus any non-recoverable costs.

Service Specific Conditions

• Designated camera zones for live broadcasts are subject to availability and weather conditions.
• Multi-camera coordination fees are non-refundable once production logistics have commenced.
• Zone-based production logistics for news events will be adjusted based on client requirements, with credits offered for unused services.
